James has a unique ability to combine an entertaining delivery style, simple and illuminating key messages and how easy it can be to implement them.


These skills have been developed and honed over the past 15 years through project work and consulting assignments with many of Australia’s biggest brands in banking, IT, telecommunications, media and property.


As a former board member and partner at rogenSi (now part of TeleTech Consulting) and now in his own consultancy, James has built an enviable cohort of loyal clients for whom he is the first stop when the question of sales, leadership and communication effectiveness arise.


James brings experience from a wide range of projects working with scientists from CSIRO, finance professionals from NAB, engineers from NDY and IT Specialists from HP. His projects have given him the opportunity to work across the region in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, as well as across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.


Before joining rogenSi in 2004, James had several sales leadership roles with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Australian Associated Press and AAP Reuters.
