2020 Exchange’s learning activities are eligible for professional development hours. Professional development hours may be used to fulfil individual licensing or certification requirements.

Professional development activities that are eligible for CPD hours include both formal (e.g. Consortia attendance) and informal learning (e.g. events, briefings, professional reading), which are designed to contribute to your skills, capabilities and currency in the field of leadership.

One contact hour of instruction or presentation is equivalent to one Professional Development Hour (PDH).
