What we've learnt is that the most extraordinary leaders in the world are not those with all the answers, but those with the best questions.  Questions that engage, empower and inspire the people around them? And to move from Answers to Questions is extremely difficult.  We believe that leadership needs wisdom and the ability to step outside the jargon which will open up the possibility of innovation.
