As NSW Correctional Services Commissioner, Peter Severin has the challenge of overseeing considerable cultural and social reform within Australia’s largest network of correctional services. Holding one of the most confronting jobs in NSW, the Commissioner is not only responsible for the care and reform of almost 12 000 inmates but the safety of his employees and our community.

Leading an organisation with a charter to ‘protect, rehabilitate and serve’, the Commissioner will be interviewed by Jenny Brockie, known for her work on the SBS Insight program. Jenny will examine this transformation and how 21st century community leadership has evolved.
