FAQS

What does 2020 do?

2020 Exchange provides inspirational peer-to-peer events and programs designed for Chief Executives to detach from the operational and focus on the intangible qualities that make a good leader extraordinary. Programs range from one off participation at drop-in events, to a longer term involvement within a CEO Consortium.

2020 is not designed as a membership organisation for the masses – we are a boutique, high touch, high value organisation who invests heavily in the development of each and every member as an individual and as part of the collective CEO community.

Who is 2020 for?

2020 is designed for any business leader with a P&L responsibility from any sector. We actively seek a diversity of personalities, acumen and industry, as it is this diversity that provides rich, fresh perspectives in a peer learning model.

2020 members include Chief Executives, Managing Directors and entrepreneurs of startups, small businesses, public companies and not for profit sectors. We support some of Australia’s most iconic, innovative and fastest growing organisations, right through to small, challenged and/or disrupted businesses. Leadership support is critical at all phases of any business.

Am I eligible?

If you are the Chief Executive, Managing Director or business owner, you are eligible. The size of your business is irrelevant but considered during our program matching process.

In some cases, other executives are eligible due to reporting structures like Country Managers, Vice Presidents, General Managers and Co-owners. 2020 just asks that you be someone who is curious and open to possibility of expanding your thinking.

How is 2020 unique?

2020’s peer learning focusses on our three pillars of 21st century leadership – vision, strategy and people. Our programs are designed to continually elevate a leader’s thinking in these areas by keeping our conversations on track. Curiosity and contrary opinions are welcomed in an environment where participants withhold judgement and vulnerability only breed trust.

To maximise your investment, 2020 knows we must provide the most ground breaking, game changing conversations in your diary.

What will I gain?

Making high value connections is a natural, bi-product of being part of 2020 – there are some extraordinary leaders within the 2020 community. The real value though is in being inspired. Working on your inner certainty and confidence, on your clarity around vision, strategy and people, will give you the competitive edge needed to grow and lead your organisation.

What are the time commitments?

We understand the time poor nature of business leaders today. Depending on the program, the minimum time commitment can range from 2 hours for a one-off event, through to half a day, once a month for our CEO Consortia Program.

What does it cost?

An involvement with 2020 is an affordable, cost effective way to gain the maximum experiential learning opportunity, in the minimal amount of time. Fees start at $245+GST for one-off events, or $580.50+GST a month, depending on the program of choice.
